Before you place an order, AUTOMAG will - • Complete an engineering study of your requirements • Do an analysis of costs. • Prepare concepts to meet your production needs (options for meeting those goals with the "pros and cons" for each approach). • Prepare a budgetary proposal for your analysis. • Submit a project schedule covering design and manufacture of your system to the point of being ready to run off. • Reach a purchase contract agreement with you, covering all details of the project.   AUTOMAG will need from you - • A description of your task (parts, quantities, time). • Whether any past experience exists? • What equipment specification standards need to be met? • Do you have any preferred component vendors? • When is your expected production start-up date?   After the order - • A project manager will be assigned to your system project. He will be your single contact on all matters involving your system, and he will provide you with progress reports against the agreed-to design and manufacturing schedule. • Whether any past experience exists? • Manufacturing of your system is now under way, working towards a target date for run-off.   At time of Run-off - • Functional demonstration of the system will be given for your approval. • If desired, operator and maintenance people can be trained on the system at this time.   After the Run-off - • AUTOMAG personnel will supervise installation in your plant and stay with the system until it is in operation to your satisfaction. • Operator and maintenance training can also be completed at this stage. • AUTOMAG's service technicians are always available, should the need arise.
