SCADA is a set of advanced development tools suitable for any process management application, allowing communication with virtually any system, from industrial plants to building automation. It is totally configurable suiting to any kind of system controlling and managing the process even without any human interference.
Using one or more computers connected on a network of electronic equipment, the software can display and manage every process detail by supplying up to date information such as temperatures, pressures produced, units, machine stop time, etc.
Once the information is available, the SCADA software displays the process status in real time browsing through animated graphic screens. All data can be stored allowing historical analysis, reports and even SPC(Statistical Process Control). |
